The Certified Re-Newed Guarantee
Unlike standard third-party or Amazon Renewed items, these devices come directly with Samsung’s strict factory-backed quality standard:
- Genuine Parts — Repaired by Samsung specialists using 100% genuine OEM parts.
- Brand New Battery — Every single device receives a certified brand-new battery and a brand-new IMEI number.
- Rigorously Tested — Each phone must pass an intensive 147-point quality checkpoint inspection.
- Warranty & Software — Includes a one-year limited manufacturer warranty (matching brand-new phone coverage) and eligibility for optional Samsung Care+ accidental damage protection. Both lines benefit from long-term software support (up to 7 years for the S25 line).
- Packaging — Shipped in 100% recyclable brand-new packaging with an official data cable, a quick start guide, and a SIM ejector pin.
Important Limitations
- No Trade-Ins — Buying via Amazon means you cannot leverage Samsung’s direct trade-in program discounts that are normally accessible on Samsung.com.
- Limited Colors — You are locked into the single specific color designated per device line (Graphite, Onyx Black, Silver Shadow, or Titanium Black).
